使用方法
1、接好電源線，合上電源開關(guān)，顯示屏顯示GOOD。
2、把控制器“移停”開關(guān)拔至“移動(dòng)”位置。
3、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)工作臺(tái)前擋架上的換位檔塊，使其短邊處于工作位置，插好定位銷。
4、安裝好φ152毫米試筒，并加入*層填料，按數(shù)字鍵輸入每層擊實(shí)次數(shù)，并正確顯示在顯示屏上。
5、按“啟動(dòng)”鍵，儀器開始工作，每當(dāng)落錘計(jì)數(shù)為7的倍數(shù)時(shí)，工作臺(tái)向后移動(dòng)一次以保證擊實(shí)錘落在試筒的中心位置，*層擊實(shí)后儀器自動(dòng)停機(jī)。
6、做第二層擊實(shí)時(shí)，添加填料后，直接按“啟動(dòng)”鍵，儀器開始工作，第三層操作方法與此相同，可準(zhǔn)確完成試件制作。
7、按“暫停”鍵可實(shí)現(xiàn)隨時(shí)停機(jī)，不影響連續(xù)計(jì)數(shù)，按“啟動(dòng)”鍵可繼續(xù)工作，暫停工作時(shí)不可使壓桿裝置處于壓緊位置。
8、制作φ100毫米試件時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)工作臺(tái)前擋架上的換位檔塊，使其長(zhǎng)邊處于工作位置，并插好定位銷，把控制器上“移停”開關(guān)拔至“停”位置，其它步驟同制作φ152毫米試件一樣。
主要用途
主要用于公路、鐵路、水利、建筑地基填土工程設(shè)計(jì)，以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擊實(shí)方法在一定的擊實(shí)功下，測(cè)定土的含水量與干密度之關(guān)系，以確定該土的*含水量與相應(yīng)的zui大干密度。
安裝與調(diào)試
1．將本機(jī)放置在平整的水平面上。
2．將主機(jī)上伸出的導(dǎo)線接到控制器后面板的輸出端。（10芯）
3．將電源線接到控制器后面板的輸入端。（4芯）
4．將電源線插頭插上電源上。
5．按下控制器上的置數(shù)/啟動(dòng)鈕，使之處于置數(shù)狀態(tài)。
6．撥動(dòng)置數(shù)盤，使之為03。
7．按下電源開/關(guān)鈕，電源接通。
8．按置數(shù)/啟動(dòng)鈕，使之彈起，機(jī)器開始運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
9．待自動(dòng)停機(jī)后，若擊實(shí)錘被提起，則接線正確，可正常工作；若擊實(shí)錘落在試筒內(nèi)，則電機(jī)是反轉(zhuǎn)，應(yīng)將電源插頭的任意兩根火線調(diào)換位置，再次試機(jī)，直到自動(dòng)停機(jī)后擊實(shí)錘處于提起位置。
試驗(yàn)規(guī)程
將制備好的試樣，分 3-5 次倒入筒內(nèi)，每次將試樣倒入筒中 后，整平表面并把樣筒固定在機(jī)器上。
（1）152mm（大試筒）試樣：
① 按三層法，每次 800~900g 試樣（擊實(shí)后的試樣等于或略高于 筒的 1/3） ；按 5 層法時(shí)，每次約 400~500g（擊實(shí)后的試樣等于 或略高于筒的 1/5） 。
② 設(shè)備擊實(shí)次數(shù)；
③ 拔下旋轉(zhuǎn)插銷；
④ 關(guān)好主機(jī)護(hù)罩；
⑤ 按一下移臺(tái)按鈕，此時(shí)移臺(tái)指示燈亮，按下啟動(dòng)按鈕，開始程序擊實(shí)。
（2）100mm（小試筒）試樣：
① 大筒按三層法時(shí)每層需試樣 1700g 左右，五層法時(shí)每層需試樣 900~1100g 左右
② 設(shè)定擊實(shí)次數(shù)。
③ 插入旋轉(zhuǎn)插銷；
④ 關(guān)好主機(jī)護(hù)罩；
⑤ 按一下移臺(tái)按鈕，此時(shí)移臺(tái)指示燈滅，按下啟動(dòng)按鈕，開始擊實(shí)，此時(shí)機(jī)頭不旋轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)沿邊緣擊實(shí)。如擊實(shí)途中需停止擊 實(shí)或有其他不正常情況，按下暫停按鈕，機(jī)器停止工作。

The main purpose

Installation and debugging
